All LED lights are off on the Gateway
Gateway does not respond and LED light are not on

Please check the power source to make sure it is switched on.

Unplug the DC adapter from the power source and remove the DC connector from your Gateway.

Plug in the DC adapter into the switch and connect the DC connector to the Gateway.

The indication LED should turn on and blink in Red, Green, Blue for a few cycles.

The LED light on your Gateway should turn Green or start blinking in Green (initialization mode).
If the LED light still does not turn on, please contact the
support team for assistance.
