Camera LED light is off and app not streaming video

This could be due to the Privacy Mode of your camera switched on.

To disable the Privacy Mode, please follow the steps below:

  • Open your LEXI app and navigate to Devices - Cameras.
  • You will see all the Smart Cameras which you have added to your LEXI ecosystem.
  • Click on the right arrow “>” icon located on the upper right corner on the camera device card (which is not streaming/LED switched off).
  • Tap once on the Camera Streaming window and click on Settings option.
  • Click on the right arrow “>” icon located next to Privacy Mode option.
  • Use the toggle button to disable the Privacy Mode.


The LED on the Smart Camera should now turn on and your app should start streaming video from the Smart Camera.

If your Smart Camera is still not streaming video, please try to reset it to resolve the issue. If the issue still persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.
