How to delete a Gateway

Deleting a Gateway from your LEXI app is easy

  1. Open your LEXI app, and click on the dropdown on the top right-hand-side corner of your phone screen.
  2. Click on the right arrow “>” icon located next to the Location which has the Gateway configured.
  3. Click on the right arrow “>” icon located next to the Details tile under the Gateway section.
  4. Click Delete Gateway to delete the Gateway from this Location.


Note: Deleting a Gateway will delete all devices associated with that Gateway. It is recommended that you delete the associated devices first before deleting the Gateway. If you delete the Gateway which still has associated devices, you will need to physically reset those devices so they can be added again to another Location/Gateway.
