What is a Client Admin account - LEXI Cloud

LEXI follows a multi-tenant architecture, which means our Enterprise customers can in turn have their own (enterprise) customers. Our cloud instances are completely white-labelled for our enterprise customers.

Client Admin:

The primary use case for this account is to create corporate users for the Enterprise client instance. They can also see the End User (customer) details.

After logging into the Admin dashboard, you will find the below options:

End Users:

The End Users option will show the list of end users in the client portal. 


User Management:

Under User Management, you can create user accounts for the client portal. 



You can also view all users and their roles under this option and can filter users based on their roles.



The Admin can reset the password for the user, block the user from accessing the dashboard or delete the user from the portal.



Profile:

Under the Profile option, client admin can check his details, change the time zone and switch the theme of the dashboard to dark mode.
