How to delete a Location

Deleting a Location from your LEXI app is easy

  1. Open your LEXI app, and click on the dropdown on the top right-hand-side corner of your phone screen.
  2. Click on the right arrow “>” icon located next to the Location name.
  3. Click on the right arrow “>” icon located next to the Details tile under the Location section.
  4. Click Delete Location to delete the Location from your app.



Note: Deleting a Location will delete all devices (and Gateway) associated with that Location. It is recommended that you delete the associated devices first before deleting the Location. If you delete the Location which still has associated devices, you will need to physically reset those devices so they can be added again to another Location.
