Device connected to Gateway does not respond

This could be due to device firmware issue or Gateway connectivity issue.

  1. Make sure that the device firmware is updated. Navigate to device settings and update the firmware.



  • If the device is updated and issue persists, open the LEXI app and click on the down arrow next to your Location name.

  • Click on the right arrow besides the Gateway.

  • Click on the right arrow besides "Diagnostics" option and click Start.




The app will perform a complete check on the Gateway and report any issues.
