Gateway flashing Red light

This indicates wireless connectivity failure between the Gateway and your WiFi router.

Please reconfigure your Gateway to regain connectivity.

  • Open the LEXI app and click on the down arrow next to your Location name.

  • Click on the right arrow besides the Gateway.

  • Click on the right arrow besides "Reconfigure Connection" option.

  • Click on the Wi-Fi button, select your Wi-Fi and enter its password.




Your Gateway should show Green light once it is reconfigured successfully.
