How to add Smart Camera
Adding a Smart Camera to your LEXI app is easy
Power on your Smart Camera and ensure it is in the pairing mode (LED light flashing Red).
If the Red LED light is not blinking, please reset the camera to put it into pairing mode.
Open your LEXI app and click Add a Device under Recommendations. You can also add your Smart Camera by clicking the + sign under Devices tab.
- Select LEXI, then select Camera and click Next.
- Select Wi-Fi and add your 2.4G Wi-Fi password.
Note: Your phone needs to be on the same Wi-Fi network (2.4G) which you are configuring for your camera while adding it using the app.
- A QR code will be generated inside your app. Scan this QR code using the Camera (keep a distance of 5-8 inches for successful scan).
- You will hear a beep and will be asked to enter a name for the camera. Please ensure that you add a unique name for the camera so you can recognize it later and control it better.
