How to troubleshoot Smart Air Purifier

Smart Air Purifier is not responding to app commands.

This could be due to wireless connectivity failure between the Smart Air Purifier and your app. Please try to reset the Smart Air Purifier and add it again to your app. If the Smart Air Purifier still does not respond, please contact the support team for assistance.

DFS Indicator is flashing.

  1. The main filter needs to be replaced.
  2. The DFS grid and filter chamber require cleaning.

DFS indicator is OFF.
